Jingle bell Block Christmas CAL 2024

The new Crochet Along project for a lovely Christmas plaid is called Jingle bell Block! Yarn kits are available now.

At last, a second CAL in a year. And it’s a special one.

This CAL is for those that love both crocheting grannies and Christmas! This time we have a true Christmas-CAL, something we have not done before. And what could be prettier than crocheting it in red, green and white, the true colors of Christmas. 

This Christmas-Cal, the name of Jingle Bell Block, consists of a number of different grannies, that we will join together, sewing or crocheting, that is up to you, into large blocks. We sewed everything together. We border these with a cheerful granny-stripe cluster, after which we join everything together into one large Christmas afghan. Naturally, we have also designed a border to round it all off.

We start 25 October.

The Jingle Bell Block Crochet ALong consists of 5 parts.  On Fridays at 08:30 (CET),  we release a new part of the pattern online. Note: This is not every Friday. Sometimes we take 2 weeks to finish a part.

At the end of the project, around the 5th of december (St Nicolas). you’ll have a beautiful afghan, in time for the Christmas period.

Yarn kit
The yarn kit consists of the right amount of Durable Comfy yarn in Christmas colours. not included is the crochet hook, the project is made with hook 3,5mm.
